The Practical Legal Skills Training
The Swiss Competitions for Law Students are innovating Swiss legal education and setting a new benchmark by implementing experiential learning and practical skills training into the law students’ curriculum. By negotiating transactions and disputes and by interviewing and advising clients in legal matters, candidates of the program learn to apply their legal knowledge. They are empowered to work in teams and to collaborate, and to produce legal services that add value to their clients.Professional Journey Kick-Off
The educational program is designed by Lawbility in cooperation with Swiss law firms for Swiss law students and bar exam candidates in Switzerland. It aims to train at the beginning of their career the participants' professional legal language, empowers them with practical skills that enable them to develop strengths in client consultation, legal negotiation, and practical legal writing.On the Rise of Artificial Intelligence in Legal Practice, Human Competences are the Key
Tomorrows lawyers are skilled and ready for the new challenges. Skilled lawyers are trained to apply their legal knowledge with a client-centered approach and to efficiently provide legal services that create solutions for their clients. Therefore, the Swiss Competitions teaches law students and junior lawyers on how to negotiate contracts, disputes, and transactions, empowers them to write in legal practice, and trains them to use professional language in client communication. This will enable the candidates of the program to effectively master the legal profession and successfully kick-off their legal career.
